Good afternoon

Many thanks for your message and for organizing the booking of the villa. Sorry about this late reply but the last couple of weeks have been particularly busy and so we get to this only now. We had a very pleasant stay at the KRK Villa Palm Tree in Malinska.  In summary please find below the positive considerations:

- the villa is very beautiful and very well maintained as the owners actually live in the villa - originally we were under the impression that the owners hired staff to cook and clean but they actually do it themselves

- the location is quite unique as you can pretty much walk from the villa straight to the sea in a relatively quiet part of the bay around Malinska without hotels nearby but just with other houses

- the swimming pool is very nice and very well designed, but not heated.  Not an issue in the summer months but clearly in the Spring and September

- the quality, freshness and variety of the food is exceptional.  The owner is an excellent cook and extremely enthusiastic about his cooking.  It was really outstanding.

So our feedback is extremely positive and we enjoyed the stay very much.  I think it should be made clearer to the guests from the outset that the villa is ran by the owners as I believe this is how they want to rent the premises. Many thanks

Sorry for the late reply I have been on holiday. We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Paulina, it was perfect for us.

11 of us stayed at Villa Paulina for 4 nights for a birthday celebration. The villa is just so lovely and maintained very well. The location is just perfect (a short walk to old town) and the views are stunning.

Ivan the villa manager was so helpful, we couldn't ask for more. Before we arrived, we sent a list of groceries and he arranged for this to all be there for us on our arrival. During our stay he was always available to answer our questions, sort out taxi's, even arranged for a pizza delivery. There was also a maid at the villa most of the time, so our beds were always made, fresh towels every day and generally cleared up after us - and we did make a mess a couple of times!!
I would definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling in a large group or with family - you will not be disappointed.

I appreciate that you are asking for a review of the villa. 

My takeaway is that it is a high end property that the most discerning guest would appreciate. The amenities were first class, the bedrooms though not specious were well laid out and comfortable and the living areas were also luxurious. The highlight was certainly the outside deck and fabulous small pebbled beach. If you are a family (or two) looking for a lovely quiet Villa this is a wonderful choice. My only critical comment is that the location of the villa was very sleepy. For those travelers looking for high end restaurants and day trips, it is far more difficult to keep yourself busy. However, generally speaking it was a perfect vacation house. 

The other wonderful surprise is that the villa owner was very accommodating and very responsive. He also was a lovely concierge when the need arose. He gave us great suggestions and even helped carry luggage to and from the villa. He was a gentleman and because I was a solo woman traveling I appreciated it. 

I would highly recommend the property.

Great villa, nice pool, beautiful view of the harbour, clean facilities and great location to get to the old town or enjoy the surrounding areas.

We were totally blown away by Villa Paulina. It was every bit as luxurious as hoped for and its location afforded us one glorious sunset after another. When we next return to Dubrovnik, we will definitely seek to rent Villa Paulina once again.

«I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at Villa Luce. It is very beautiful and the views across to Lokrum and the old town are stunning. We had lovely weather and made good use of the pool and the eating area. Everything was first class and, by the time we left, we were all very impressed with Croatia. I hope we will visit your country again sometime soon.
