On the middle floor, accessed via an indoor staircase, has another two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and sea view, one being double-bed and the other twin-bed. The ground floor gives this spacious home a luxury penthouse feel. Taking full advantage of the views, the living area has sofas set alongside the floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a backdrop of soothing coastal tones. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.
