With over 500 square meters of living space arranged over three floors, the accommodation has versatility of use and fabulous terraces that capture maximum sunshine from dawn to dusk. Principal sleeping accommodation is arranged over top 2 floors and each bedroom was designed to maximize the sea views over the infinity pool. The lower floor with large open plan living space, is ideal for relaxation and entertainment. A modern kitchen is full of top range equipment where you can easily prepare simple and delicious meals, with island-grown vegetables and freshly caught fish.
The property has the benefit of a lift access from the top floor where the main street is. The villa is suitable for guests with mobility difficulties and one luxury bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is designed specially for this guest type. From the top floor you are able to access the lower floors using a lift or an internal staircase. The interior design of the property complements the style of the house, its rooms are spacious and light with wide expanses of glass opening to large terraces on both the first and the second floor. The top floor has 3 bedrooms with terraces and a separate wardrobe. Every bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
