6Villa Supetar is a Brac Island luxury villa with a heated infinity pool and a great location just a few meters away from the sea. The villa is surrounded by 250 square meters of terraces overlooking the sea channel between the island and the coast of Split. This lovely spacious villa can accommodate up to 13 people in 6 bedrooms, equipped to provide maximum comfort and relaxation during your stay.
Villa Supetar stretches on 330 square meters of the exquisitely decorated interior. There are 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, an extra toilet, a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, and an additional small kitchen with a living room. A small kitchen and living room, together with one of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, are located in a detached part of the villa with a separate entrance, connected to the main residence by porches and terraces. Both kitchens are fully equipped, as well as the living rooms with LCD TVs and fireplaces. The furniture is custom and designed especially for this villa, made of quality oak wood with an ecological oil finish without harmful industrial polishes.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and it is the biggest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room is a big bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. The master bedroom has a direct exit to a large terrace on the first floor with fantastic views of the cove, sea, and Split in the distance. An interesting detail of the villa is its small inside garden situated next to the kitchen, with house plants, herbs, and spices. The large porch overlooking the sea, made of Brač stone columns, brings pleasant shade over the outside dining table.
The walls of the villa are decorated with paintings made by local artists, mainly by Ivan Petrovic considered the Michelangelo of Supetar. The paintings can be purchased from the artist and thus represent an original souvenir to take home. Think of Mirca as a place to head for a beach break and have a swim in the crystal clear Adriatic, which will definitely be the highlight of your summer vacation.
The swimming pool is heated from the end of April until the beginning of October. Both pools are outdoors and the temperature is affected by the weather conditions. The jacuzzi is heated from the 1st of April to the 31st of October.
