5Villa LaDominika is totally and utterly unique. This luxury villa generously spreads, blends and mingles amongst lush vegetation and palm trees. Set on the lovely Istrian scene, Villa LaDominika is designed in accordance with high-quality requirements featuring an innovative architectural spirit where the exterior facade curve connects with the interior. Carefully selected to favor the unity of raw materials, combed oak and local stone were used to obtain uniformity and consistency throughout the villa. Finally, most of the furniture is tailor-made and molds itself to the rooms' rounded shapes.
Decorated in a combination of white, wood, and stone color scheme, the kitchen is expertly equipped with everything one could wish for (induction hob, two fridges with freezer, microwave, two ovens, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator). This modern house integrates its fireplace into a wall divider that separates the lounge space from the kitchen and dining area. Large double doors open to the patio area with a swimming pool and sun loungers. One double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom can be found on the ground floor. The villa is well set up for families with small children as on this floor you can find a playroom with toys and games for kids. If you like to keep fit, the villa also has an exercise/gym room and sauna.
On the upper floor there are four more double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms provide an extra single bed. One bedroom has an extra sofa bed that can be used for two additional guests. With this sleeping arrangement, the villa can accommodate up to 14 guests. From the terrace on the first floor, hills spread in the distance together with the breathtaking natural beauty of the region. The barbecue area is designed in a rustic style with dining tables and benches, offering a perfect place to lounge next to the pool, dine al fresco or take in the surrounding landscape. The garden area is grandiose featuring a heated pool, whirlpool, 14 comfortable lounge chairs, sun umbrellas, a tennis court as well as a mini golf and volleyball playground.
