The pool and garden area is fully enclosed which is great if guests are bringing their pets, in which case extra cleaning fee is applicable. This luxury Istrian villa is available for rent year-round as it has underfloor heating plus a lovely log burner in the lounge, perfect for chilly winter months.
The modern, open plan kitchen and spacious sitting area span the entire length of the ground floor of the property. Large living area on the ground floor features an expanse of glass providing exceptional views of the countryside from different angles. The sitting area faces both the view and the wood burning, fully functioning fire insert ideal when the winter bites and you simply want to duck indoors with a good book. The large comfy sofas are a fabulous place to relax at any time of the day regardless of the season. The dining table seats up to 6 but extends allow for additional guests. From here you can walk straight out of the large glass sliding doors onto the terrace for pre-dinner drinks and canapes.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has an espresso coffee machine, toaster, oven, gas hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. On the same level as the open plan living area is a small library area with TV and books.
On the first floor there are three ensuite double bedrooms with impressive panoramic views. Outdoor lies a large L-shaped infinity pool with comfortable loungers. Throughout the garden, there are many secluded spots and quiet corners for reading, lounging and enjoying the scents of the garden. There is an olive orchard with over 300 olive trees.
