The villa is situated close to Trogir, Split, and a private marina, making it easy to explore Dalmatia whether by car or by boat.
The villa comprises three floors and a ground floor, connected by an internal elevator. Each luxury apartment occupies its own floor, so they are all spacious and bright, thanks to floor-ceiling sliding doors. All apartments boast an open concept living and dining space with a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry machine, thus enabling you to keep your daily rhythm while traveling with your favorite people.
The first floor apartment accommodates six guests in three double bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. Two more guests can sleep on pull-out sofas. Modernly equipped and designed in the minimalist style, the apartment boasts two balconies and an expansive terrace with stunning views.
The second floor apartment hosts up to five guests: four in two double bedrooms, and one pull-out sofa. Each bedroom has an en suite bath, and there is an extra guest bathroom. Three balconies here enable everyone to enjoy pensive moments over stunning sunsets.
The penthouse apartment comprises two double bedrooms with king-size beds and pull-out sofas, accommodating up to six guests. In addition to the two en suite bathrooms, there is one guest bathroom. Enjoy the views from the three balconies on the top level of this private villa.
The luxury units share the ground floor level, where everyone can come together to enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine around the outdoor pool with sun loungers. Table and chairs are scattered throughout, setting the stage for quality time together.
