6Located on the hill, in the middle of the olive groves, overlooking the center of magical tourist destination Brela, stands the twin villa Monachus. The two adjacent identical villas both have outdoor salt water heated swimming poll with the perfect panoramic view on the surrounding islands.
On the outside of the villas there is a garage as well as shaded parking space inside the fenced yard.
Besides 40 m2 salt water swimming pools with sun loungers, there is also an outside dining area for 12 people in each villa. If you wish to enjoy by the pool with the cocktail in hand, there is an outside mini bar perfect for such occasions.
You will also find a barbecue area and an outdoor kitchen ideal for making traditional Croatian dishes with local produce.
Both villas have underfloor heating as well as air condition, which makes these villas ideal for all seasons. Inside the single villa there are 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms with shower. Each bedroom has a King size bed as well as the sofa which can be turned into a comfortable Queen size bed.
The two Monachus villas can thus accommodate up to 24 guests, in total of 6 rooms, which makes these luxury villas a perfect choice for larger groups wishing to enjoy and explore this part of the Adriatic Coast.
Besides an outdoor dining area, inside the villa you will also enjoy in the indoor dining area for 12 people in each villa. There is also a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.
Even though the outside heated swimming pool with the unmatched panoramic view is ideal for sunbathing and relaxation, just 150 meters from the villa there is one of many world renowned beaches of Brela. The beaches are characterised by the crystal clear turquoise sea and a small rounded pebbles. The most popular beach in Brela is Punta Rata, a sandy beach which was voted among the 10 best beaches in the world.
Beside mesmerising beaches, Brela will enchant you on every step you take through this small coastal town. Charming restaurants with fresh local cuisine, beautiful walkways by the beach and cozy cafe bars are just a small insight into what this beautiful destination has to offer.
