Located in a quiet and secluded residential area of Split on the outskirts of the park-forest Marjan, just a 5 minute walk from the Diocletian palace and the town center. A beautiful view is offered from the top of Marjan on the old and new parts of Split. The villa can accommodate up to eight people and it is the perfect property for large groups of friends or family with a beautiful view of the harbor, the islands and the sea. Completely renovated in 2022 and fitted with top-quality furnishing and appliances.
The indoor area is 360 m2. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms and a terrace that provides a fantastic view of the harbor, surrounding islands and the sea.

The loggia (alcove) is a perfect spot for a quiet breakfast or a morning coffee and the terrace on the first floor is best enjoyed in the afternoons and evenings.
