The three-story villa is located in the first row to the sea and it features three bedrooms and private access to the beach. The ground floor and mezzanine have a large living room and dining room area spread on 2 levels and open to a large terrace with amazing sea views. There is an open-plan kitchen equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. A separate toilet can also be found on the ground floor as well as a storage room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lower level has a partially covered pool and a sauna with a shower. There is a fitness room equipped with an indoor bike and treadmill. The first floor consists of one room with a double bed, SAT/LCD TV, ensuite bathroom, and balcony, and another room with 2 single beds, SAT/LCD TV, ensuite bathroom, and balcony.
The second floor has 1 room with a double bed, SAT/LCD TV, ensuite bathroom, and balcony. The hallway opens to the glass terrace. There is a covered parking space for 2 cars within the property.
